Stan from All Safe is a great guy. When I called he was quick and to the point. He’s a nice guy and does his job very well. Easy to talk to and reasonable price. He came back out to inspect a second time free of charge and I didn’t need to remind him. He answered my call while on vacation! When he got back he made the inspection happen without me reminding him. Just a great company all around.

All Safe Inspection was VERY accommodating. Although there was a mix up with time scheduling (completely our fault) Stan still came through for us! I was the only one in the house with Stan and he never made me feel uncomfortable or awkward in the slightest. Great, friendly guy and was very thorough with our home inspection! We could not have been happier with our home inspection with Stan from All Safe Inspections. He was able to schedule us within our inspection window and was incredibly thorough. He answered all of our questions and didn’t make us feel like we were a burden to him while we followed him from room to room. As a Real Estate Agent, Stan has done multiple inspections for my clients. It is important for an inspector to be thorough and to help home buyers understand the ins and outs of what they are getting in to and Stan is tremendous at this. Equally important is being on time to meet the tedious deadlines that go into Real Estate Contracts, and Stan has always prepared his reports within 24 hours of an inspection, even on weekends. As an Agent, I worry that sometimes inspectors may cut corners or overlook things that could potentially cost my clients thousands of dollars in the long run, but I have NEVER had that concern with Stan’s work.

My wife and I are buying our first house. As you all know, it can be a daunting experience. I chose All Safe due to every review being 5 stars. How often do you see that? After our experience, I can say without hesitation, that Stan DESERVES them. He was punctual, very thorough, looking in places and for things we didn’t even think of, and funny as heck! He did remain very professional. We appreciate the fact that he answered every one of the 4,027 questions we asked him. If there was something he wasn’t sure of, he told us where we could go to get a better idea. He walked through the entire house, inside and out. He checked our garage. And he did it all with us right behind him. He walked us through everything he did and was looking for. His price was VERY reasonable. And we had the report, with pictures, that same evening. All in all, my wife and I loved the experience and will feel comfortable recommending him to everyone we know!
